Very good customer service, while I was getting my braces put on they told me every step before they did it and made me feel very comfortable.

First Visit was a Success! We started treatment the same day and they made the whole process so easy for me as a parent and my son as a patient! I would recommend Dr.Jones and his great staff to everyone.

Rusty Jones where do I start. I have brought three of my kids here for braces and the hospitality has been amazing!! Now I’ve come to get my self braces. Would recommend Rusty Jones to everyone! There staff is great they make you feel like family!! Keep up the great work!!

Great team and wonderful atmosphere. The front desk team was super attentive and friendly. My initial visit was a consultation with Lupe. She took the time to break everything down and laid out the process. Dr. Jones took the time to come into my consultation to speak with me, a simple gesture I greatly appreciated. He was personable, a trait quite a few doctors lack. Dr. Jones expressed his genuine excitement to be apart of the process to bring my smile to its full potential. After my visit, I found myself comparing other interactions with Dr. Jones, none were even close. Now I am apart of RJO and couldn't be happier about my choice.
